ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON Vegan? Vegetarian? Gluten Free? Other? We are happy to discuss your special diet needs! This is what sets us apart from other catering options you may have! Most of the ingredients we use come right out of our produce department and from the shelves here in the store. We use the freshest, most natural ingredients and organic wherever possible! We use only Free-Range, Vegetarian-Fed Chicken Eggs; Natural Meats; and Organic Milk and Butter. Our Tofu, Tempeh and other Soy products are Always Organic and Non-GMO. No partially-hydrogenated anything! The menu provided will give you the basics on what we offer. If there is something you’re interested in and do not see, please let us know.
